Join ABURI SUSHI at Waterworks Food Hall on December 16 for a one-night-only Bluefin Tuna Shabu Shabu (Japanese hotpot) experience with Chef Ryotaro Matsuzaki, featuring an exclusive 10-course tasting menu crafted just for Aburi Sushi Waterworks.

Your evening begins with Hamachi Monaka topped with caviar, followed by an Aburi Sashimi Duo of hotate and salmon. The highlights of the night include our signature Bluefin Tuna Shabu Shabu, served with assorted vegetables, and the luxurious Wagyu Temaki featured later in the tasting experience. A progression of temaki follows: Yellowtail Temaki, kawahagi Temaki, Salmon Oshi Temaki, Golden Eye Snapper Temaki, and Toro Taku Temaki served alongside miso soup. The journey concludes with a delicate Ginger Panna Cotta.

Tickets are $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Limited seatings at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM are available — reserve now before it sells out.
