Join us on March 17 for a one-night-only Uni & A5 Wagyu Shabu Shabu experience at Aburi Sushi Waterworks. This exclusive evening features a thoughtfully curated 8-course tasting menu, created exclusively for Aburi Sushi Waterworks.

Begin the journey with Toro Monaka, followed by an Aburi Sashimi Duo of Atlantic Salmon and Hamachi. The centrepiece of the evening is our premium Uni & A5 Miyazaki Wagyu Shabu Shabu, featuring Hokkaido Scallop, Hamachi, Akaebi, and Salmon — gently simmered in a rich miso soy milk broth and paired with seasonal winter vegetables.

The tasting continues with our premium Maguro Duke Temaki and Real Crab Temaki, followed by our signature Salmon Oshi Temaki and comforting Zosui (Japanese rice soup). The experience concludes on a light, elegant note with a delicate Ginger Panna Cotta.

$125 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Limited seatings available at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM — reservations are highly recommended.
