Join ABURI SUSHI at Waterworks Food Hall for a one-night-only sushi and wagyu shabu shabu (Japanese hotpot) event with Chef Ryotaro Matsuzaki.

Experience a 9-course tasting menu featuring elevated selections such as Hokkaido Monaka, Aburi sashimi (Atlantic Salmon and Yellowtail), and A5 Miyazaki Wagyu shabu shabu with summer vegetables. The menu continues with a series of refined handrolls and nigiri including Salmon Oshi Temaki, Belt Fish Bo-sushi Temaki, Aburi Toro with Shaved Truffle Nigiri, Sea Eel Nigiri, and Toro Taku Temaki, served with miso soup. Finish with a refreshing selection of Japanese seasonal fruits.
